1. About Pinecone

Pinecone is a quantitative market analytics platform that provides rules-based momentum rankings, market data, sector analytics and related tools covering publicly traded securities.

By accessing or using Pinecone, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Informational purposes only

Pinecone provides quantitative market data, rankings and analytics for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing available through Pinecone constitutes investment advice, financial advice, research advice, portfolio management, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product.

Pinecone does not consider your investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance or personal circumstances. You remain solely responsible for any investment or trading decision you make.

3. Market data and analytics

Rankings, returns, prices, scores, sector classifications and other analytics may be derived from third-party or publicly available market data and quantitative calculations.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and timely information, Pinecone does not guarantee that any data, calculation or analysis is complete, accurate, uninterrupted or free from errors or delays.

4. Past performance

Historical returns, rankings, backtests and prior momentum behaviour are not guarantees of future performance. Securities that have demonstrated strong historical momentum may subsequently decline in value.

5. Accounts

Certain features require a Pinecone account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not access another user's account without permission.

6. Free and Pro plans

Pinecone may offer both free and paid plans. Features, limits and access rights applicable to each plan are described on the Pinecone pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation and remains available for the applicable subscription period unless otherwise stated.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay. Pinecone does not directly store your complete card, UPI or other payment instrument credentials.

Applicable taxes, where required, may be included in or added to the displayed subscription price.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Subscription cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or systematically extract Pinecone data, reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, share paid credentials or commercially redistribute Pinecone data without prior written permission.

10. Intellectual property

Pinecone's website design, software, quantitative presentation, branding, written content and proprietary analytics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users by virtue of accessing the service.

11. Availability of the service

Pinecone may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, data-provider issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Features may also be modified, discontinued or replaced as the product evolves.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pinecone and its operators will not be liable for investment losses, trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on Pinecone data or analytics.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Pinecone after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with Pinecone.
