We use information to provide and secure your account, maintain your watchlist and subscription access, process payments, operate Pinecone, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent misuse and improve the product.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Razorpay. Pinecone does not directly store your complete card, UPI or other payment instrument credentials.

Payment processors may collect and process information necessary to complete a transaction in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, databases, payments, hosting, analytics, security or other functions necessary to operate Pinecone. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
