Delivery of Pinecone Pro

Following successful payment confirmation, Pinecone Pro access is activated electronically on the account associated with the purchase.

Access is ordinarily activated immediately. In rare cases, payment confirmation or technical processing may cause a short delay.

Delivery issues

If payment has been successfully completed but your account has not received the appropriate subscription access, please contact Pinecone with your registered email address and payment reference.
